Service Description

Sheet It Now provides a file conversion service that transforms text-based bank statement PDFs into Excel (.xlsx) and CSV formats. This is a pay-per-file service with no subscriptions or recurring charges.

Acceptable Use

You agree to:

  • Only upload documents you have the right to access
  • Use the service for legitimate personal or business purposes
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer or abuse the service
  • Not use automated systems to bulk-process files without permission

Best-Effort Processing

Sheet It Now uses automated extraction to convert your documents. You acknowledge that:

  • Extraction accuracy may vary depending on document format
  • You should review the preview before completing payment
  • The service provides best-effort extraction, not guaranteed accuracy
  • You are responsible for verifying data before using it for financial purposes

Payments and Refunds

  • Preview before paying
  • Stripe processes all payments securely
  • If export fails after payment, we'll reprocess or refund
  • No payment required if parsing fails before preview

Lifetime Plan Usage Limits

For customers who purchase lifetime access:

  • Reasonable usage limits apply to prevent abuse
  • Not intended for resale, automation, or bulk commercial processing
  • Personal and small-business use is encouraged
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

File Availability

  • Downloaded files are available for 1 hour after upload
  • Files are automatically deleted after this period
  • We are not responsible for files not downloaded within this window
  • You should download your files immediately after payment

Limitations of Liability

Sheet It Now is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

  • Errors in extracted data
  • Financial decisions made based on converted data
  • Service interruptions or downtime
  • Loss of uploaded files before download

Unsupported Documents

The following document types are not currently supported:

  • Scanned or image-based PDFs (OCR not supported)
  • Password-protected PDFs
  • Documents in languages other than English (limited support)
  • Non-banking financial documents

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
