Quick Start Guide

  1. Upload your PDF — Drag and drop or click to select your bank statement PDF file.
  2. Review the preview — Check that the extracted transactions look correct. You'll see 10-15 sample rows.
  3. Complete payment — Pay the one-time fee via Stripe checkout.
  4. Download your files — Get your Excel and/or CSV files immediately after payment.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will this work on my statement?

Works best with text-based PDFs. Scanned/image PDFs aren't supported yet.

Do you store my bank statement?

No. Files are processed temporarily and deleted automatically.

Do I have to create an account?

No.

Is payment safe?

Yes. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never store card details.

What if the conversion doesn't work?

If we can't extract reliable data, you won't be asked to pay. If something fails after payment, we'll reprocess or refund.

What does lifetime access include?

Unlimited conversions for personal/small-business use, with reasonable limits to prevent abuse. Not for resale or automation.

How accurate is the extraction?

We provide best-effort extraction. Accuracy depends on the format of your statement. You can preview the extracted data before paying to ensure it meets your needs.

What formats can I download?

You can download your converted data as either an Excel file (.xlsx) or a CSV file. Both options are included with your payment.

How long are my files available?

Files are automatically deleted 1 hour after upload. Please download your converted files immediately after payment.

What banks are supported?

Sheet It Now works with statements from most major banks. The key requirement is that the PDF must be text-based (not scanned) and contain a recognizable transaction table.

Is Sheet It Now GDPR compliant?

We follow GDPR-aligned principles including data minimization, limited retention (1-hour auto-delete), and user data control. We process files temporarily and do not store your financial data. For privacy questions or deletion requests, contact hello@sidequeststudios.io.
